NexusAI ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered lead capture and qualification platform designed for real estate agencies. Our core product is Sofia, an AI assistant that engages with property inquiries on behalf of our clients.

NexusAI provides the following core services depending on your subscription plan:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial on Starter and Pro plans. The following conditions apply:
If Sofia does not capture any leads during your 7-day trial and your website has active traffic, contact us before the trial ends. We will review your case and work with you to resolve any technical issues before your first charge.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize NexusAI and our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You will receive an email reminder before each renewal. It is your responsibility to keep your billing information current and accurate.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in immediate suspension of your account and loss of access to the dashboard and Sofia assistant until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

In compliance with the FTC's Negative Option Rule, cancellation is available entirely online through your dashboard — no phone call, no email, no waiting. Canceling is as easy as subscribing.
If you experience any difficulty canceling, contact us at nexus.b2b.systems@gmail.com and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
Given the nature of our service (immediate AI deployment and lead capture from day one), we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. However:

You agree to use NexusAI's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
All leads captured through your embedded Sofia widget belong to you. NexusAI does not claim ownership over your lead data and will not use it for purposes beyond operating the platform on your behalf.
You are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the CCPA (California) and CAN-SPAM Act (federal email regulations).
Upon termination of your subscription, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.
We aim to maintain 99% uptime for the Sofia widget and dashboard. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service outages.
In the event of an extended outage affecting your service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of leads, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NexusAI in the three months preceding the claim.
All content, technology, AI models, software, branding and materials provided by NexusAI are our exclusive intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You grant NexusAI a limited, non-exclusive license to use your agency name and website URL solely for the purpose of configuring and operating the Sofia assistant on your behalf.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of NexusAI services will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at nexus.b2b.systems@gmail.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
